I GOT CHARGE FOR DIFFRENT INSTANCES OF TRELLO

i HAVE GOT CHARGE WITH TWO DIFFRENT INTIAL TRELLO ACCOUNTS 

 

IN NORTH AMERICA WORKSPACE I HAVE GOT INTIAL CHARGE OF  07/03/2025 5:02:01 PM 

Annual fee for Trello Premium with 7 user(s) for the period July 3, 2025 to July 3,
2026. Invoice #: TRINV-32251832 and another annual fee 07/11/2025 Annual fee for Trello Premium with 10 user(s) for the period July 10, 2025 to July 10, 2026. TRINV-32415094   it appears that I have been charged with two annual fees I only have two work spaces and I am not sure why I got charge for two if you could help me out with this I would appreciate it.

Those charges are each related to a different Workspace, you can see more details on each of them here:

With that said, Atlassian offers a 30-day refund, so if one of those charges shouldn't exist, you can reach out to Support and they'll help you with that! Here's where you go for that: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

In case the charges being separate for each Workspace isn't what you expected, you can check more on how billing works on Trello over here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
