I am self employed but am a member of one clients Trello through their work email.

I'd now like to log into a new clients Trello board which they have set up using my email with them.  It doesn't seem possible.  Should I change all three accounts for may personal email?

Hi @Anna Blaxland - Thanks for writing in. As you're using different emails for each account they'll be considered separate accounts. You are able to log in to three accounts simultaneously however you'll have to switch accounts each time you access its associated Boards: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/switching-between-trello-accounts/

Alternatively, you can ask your clients to invite your personal email to the board, this will make Board management easier: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-people-to-a-board/
