I am using Trello Premium and today for some reason I can no longer create cards

I am using Trello Premium and today for some reason I can no longer create cards. When I create a new card and start populating within as soon as I assign someone to a task the card automatically deletes. Weird?

@Trevor Massey Do you have a filter on your board that is only showing cards that have a member assigned? You can tell by seeing if there's something that says Filter 0 with an X in the top right of your board.
