I can't create a new board

"you used 3 out of 10 free boards". I can't create a new one, although only 3! Also, I cannot create a board outside the team. How should I do it?

There is a Trello support, sounds like its one for them if its saying you have allocation left but your not able to access what it says is spare capacity. 

Give them a message, I gather they are very helpful and accommodating.

There may be private boards in your team that your teammates created. 

You could make a new team and call it Personal?
