I'm paying a monthly subscription for Trello premium.
I've had Trello since at least 2018.
I was prompted by an email from Trello to do something. I guess I didn't read the email properly and now everytime I try to get in it thinks I'm a new customer and wants me to create an account.
I have shared some of my Trello boards with work colleagues and they can get into Trello and see the boards.
I'm at a loss as to what to do now. I potentially have 3 different email addresses, I think I've made logging in more tricky by trying all 3 emails. Hoping someone can help me recover my boards.

I don't understand why there isn't a helpdesk and that the only option seems to be ask the community. Especially as I am paying for the service that I can't now access. I'm only not panicking now because I can see that my colleagues can still access the Trello account so I know my work has not been deleted. It's not clear to me if anyone can help or how long it will take to get help. I requested help at 12.48 pm UK time yesterday so more than 24 hours with no answer at this point other than your request to open a support case. Thank you for doing this. The fact that you say "this one too" suggests I'm not the only one looking for help of this nature. All the best Carol :)
