I can't read all my comments under my card.

Hi Trello team!

Recently I can't read my comments under my card. I have about 2439 comments under one card, but I can only read the latest 700 comments; I can't reach the rest of them. Is there any technical issue that needs to be solved? Please confirm. Thank you.

Trello doesn't have a limit on how many comments you ca, have, I wonder if this is an issue with UX point of view, maybe the browser is having issues loading up all the comments, can you try this on incognito mode and see how it goes?

Hi Alisson,

It's great to receive your reply on this issue. This situation not only happens on my Windows PC but also happens on the apps (iOS system). I've tried several times on my iPhone and iPad and still can't read all my comments.

Also, I have tried your suggestion to try this in incognito mode; it still didn't work. Only can reach the latest comments.

Everytime you try to load up the comments it stops exactly on the 700 you mentioned? I will check internally to see if I can find an alternative, any details you can provide can help.

Yes, every time I can only reach the latest 700 comments.  I have tried several times.  Hope you can find the problem and solved it successfully.  Thank you in advance for your help!
