I have relied a link of a shared document, and I don't receive the confirmation email for that in order to access it. what do?

I'm not sure I fully understand the issue. Could you please provide more details? Are you unable to access a Trello board because you haven't received the invite from the admin? Or is there a problem with a document that's attached to a card?
