I cannot access my board cards in the IOS app

Sinceraly, i thought it was a bug from some update, but it has one years i'm troubleling with the same bug. When I click on the board cards in my IOS app, my app just close. It's not something sporadic, it happens everytime, so I basically cannot use the IOS app, never! It's sad, because I used to pay the app and now I'm not even paying anymore. If I can fix the bug, I will surely come back, but on this way it is unsustainable to keep using the app. On my laptop it is a perfect experience, but I'm really that lasts for an entire year. I can open the app, but when i click on any card, it just closes. How can I solve this?

Have you tried uninstalling the iOS app and then reinstalling it?
