I cant find the card annotation powe up feature

the card annotation feautre used to appear here but is no longer there even if the power up is still installed.

I see that Card Annotation it's a 3rd party Power-up that wasn't developed or managed by us. So we don't have the knowledge to know what you need to get this working. 

What I could suggest is to try browser troubleshooting. Sometimes cookies or extensions can cause some unexpected behaviour. You can follow these browser troubleshooting steps -> https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-browser-issues-with-trello/
