I don’t receive confirmation emails on my other account

I have and account with the domain REMOVED and neither me nor my colleagues receive the codes or confirmation emails. We keep being blocked from using this platform due to this issue.

we tried all the steps we found from other cases and nothing helps.

 

can you please check, on your side, if there is some sort of blockage on the following emails with our domain REMOVED
