I enabled 2FA on an old derive and under an old phone number a while back, and haven't used Trello for some time. I attempted to login and I cannot complete the 2FA because now I have a new phone number, and the code is being sent to the old number. How do I get my correct phone number set up for the 2FA?
@Shellie Johnson When you set up 2FA, did you receive an emergency recovery key? From this article:
If you’re unable to receive a verification code, you can still log in using the recovery code you were given when setting up two-step verification.
To log in using your recovery code:
Go to the login screen for your Atlassian product.
On your login screen, enter your email address and password, then select Log in.
Select Can't use your phone? at the bottom of the page.
Enter your emergency recovery key and select Log in.
If you don't have an emergency recovery key, you'll have to contact Atlassian support for help.
