When I create a new task on the card for the person, I need it to also be added to their card on their separate board. How do I do this?

You can use Trello Butler to include a button to create cards from a checklist.

convert all the incomplete items in checklist {"Checklist_name"} into linked cards in list {"List_name"}

You can create a butler to include each card that is created in the checklist {"Chescklist_name"} on the person's board

when a card is added to list {"Checklist_name"}, move the card to the top of list {"List_name"} on board {"Board_name"}

Butler must be enabled on each board.
