I have users that use their Microsoft accounts to connect, but we are moving away from exchange. What will happen and is there a way to avoid any interruption?
many of my users used their Microsoft account when they setup their Trello accounts.
We are migrating away from Microsoft exchange services.
Is this going to be a problem? Will the Microsoft accounts that used those email addresses still work? just like when you make a google id that doesn't use a Gmail address? the domains and everything will be the same. just the servers will not be exchange any more. so I don't know if the IDs will still work afterwards . The transition has been completed and I don't know who much longer the services will run is there a way to have them converted to Atlassian accounts?
Hi @Brad Barnette !
If the email addresses aren't changing and your users still have access to their inboxes, there shouldn't be any issues with their Microsoft accounts used for Trello. Even if the Exchange services are discontinued, as long as the email addresses remain the same, the accounts will continue to function. If users experience any issues with the social login button, they can visit https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword to reset their password.
