I'm trying to automate cards creations using a forms and google sheets.

the problem is. How can I take my sheets informations and set on a card in Trello. 

I know that there's a way  to do it with app script, but I dont know how to do it.

I'd recommend using a Power-Up to see if it can do this, as there's no way to do this natively. You can search through our Power-Ups at https://trello.com/power-ups
