  • Correo electrónico asociado a mi cuenta: ****

Atentamente,

Erika Belmonte

Hi Erika,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I hope it's alright if I respond in English 🙂

First of all, I should mention I've edited your original post a bit to remove your email address to protect your privacy, as these Community posts are public.

I've checked your account information and can't find any Workspace under the title you indicated. The Support team also doesn't have the means to search for user boards by their titles only, as it's also considered to be PII that we don't have access to.

But what I can say though is that even if we locate the logs for the board in question, it's not possible to restore it if it was indeed deleted. Deleted boards aren't recoverable. What you can do instead is to check if it might've only been closed but not deleted.

You can check out this page for more details instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/reopening-a-closed-board/

If the board is indeed deleted, the only option we can suggest is to recreate it from scratch using any notes, screenshots, or email notifications you might have about it.

I understand how confusing this might be, and I'm sorry for the trouble this must've created.

To avoid this from happening in the future, you might consider taking advantage of the board deletion restrictions in Workspace settings (they are only available under a Premium plan though): https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/the-workspace-overview/#:~:text=cancel%20your%20subscription.-,The%20settings%20page,-As%20a%20Workspace

Let me know if you have any further questions!
