In order to delete a Trello account,  you will have to delete Atlassian account, which I believe you do not want. Article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-your-trello-account/

You can delete your workspace (if created by mistake and not needed), rather than deleting entire account: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-a-workspace/
