I no longer can save an attachment from an e-mail.

When the include email attachment box is checked, the message I receive every time is, Sorry, Your card could not be added to Trello. How do I fix that?

Unfortunately I don't have information or advice on why you're running into trouble, sorry. But if you are using the Outlook add-in, you are not alone with this issue. Hey @Glenn Williams - are you using the Outlook add-in? Because Microsoft has built and is maintaining the Outlook add-in, they're the best team to reach out to for problems with installing and using the add-in. You can reach them here: trelloaddin@service.microsoft.com
