I've installed trello for gmail add-on - where do I locate the trello icon within the email?

I have read the support notes and it says there should be an icon on the right hand side-bar - I have nothing. Please advise.

thanks for that, mine looks different - i think i ended up installing it as a Chrome Extension but it works fine now :)

Here is how it looks like for me:

If you can't see it, maybe you should try to refresh the page or temporarily try to open Gmail in a new browser. Somehow, it always takes some time to load for me.
