I want members to see their actions but not see the rest of my board. Is this possible?

Hey, 

So me and my business partner have a trello board setup and we have a lot of subcontractors working for us to deliver our project. We want to add them in, so they can see their actions and see specific lists however we dont want them to see the whole project. 

can we add members but limit what they see?
