I would like to deactivate Trello users.

Right now I can deactivate Trello users if that is all they have access to on their account. However we have Jira and Confluence users as well. I am only able to deactivate the user or restrict access to Jira and Confluence. It does not provide me the option of restricting Trello. I need to know how to remove Trello without altering the other access. Thanks!
