I have one workspace that I pay for. But I also have two other workspaces that I do not pay for. However, I noticed when I was creating a board in the paid workspace, I could access my custom fields as usual. But when I moved the board to the free workspace just to see if it would keep the custom fields in it, and it actually does. Is this something new?
Because I want to know if I create boards for others, and they do not have a paid workspace, and if I create custom fields on the board; will they still be able to use the custom fields on their board if they copy the board I created for them?
Thank you advance.

Hi @Ms_ M_ Dandridge - welcome to the Community!
Your subscription is applied to one Workspace and one Workspace only. If you move your boards out of your upgraded Workspace, they will lose access to paid features.
We recommend only using one Workspace moving forward, your upgraded Workspace, to avoid losing access to paid features.
I was referring to why would it show "custom fields" it in another workspace that's not upgraded? That's basically what I was asking. I was thinking a new feature or something came out. What about the remaining portion of my question that was not answered?
With that being said, is Trello planning on allowing us to have bold print on the face of cards and use colors in our typing formats. Also the editor that's in this community is not the same editor inside Trello cards.
We need more flexibility with these cards and the ability to create docs. This would be a game changer to Trello software. We should be able to pick fonts, change font size (better selection than what's already there), color text etc. The dashboards still appears outdated to some degree. Even though I still use it, due to ease of use. Please let Trello Development Team consider this for us.

I also wanted to add @Alex W , since I am still waiting on your reply; is that we need the editor in Trello to look like this below. Is this in the works with Trello? We need this greatly.
