Icon in list name

On the sample Trello board "Sprint Retrospective" (https://trello.com/b/hkaQsLWx/sprint-retrospective), they have icons inside the list names. How is this achieved?

Hey Robert,

these icons are emojis and you can add them using an Emoji keyboard (e.g installed on your smartphone)

Many thanks Torben. It's worth noting that the emoji markdown doesn't work in the list and card title fields, but your method allows you to do so!
