Images Uploading Blurry, Distorted, and Low Quality

When we upload image files to cards, we find that all PNGs, JPGs, and even Zip Files are now only uploading as blurry, distorted, or generally low quality. 

This wasn't a consistent issue but happened a few times a couple months ago, as of 2 days ago its happening on every workspace and ever card. Sometimes the png even gets converted to a webp file upon upload as well, which is not what I need it to do. 

Is there a fix for this issue?
