In my MacBook when I try to log in, it appears "JavaScript Load Error"

On mobile, when I click on the "Trello icon" it opens immediately, which is not the case on the Apple MacBook. Then I have to go through Atlassian and then the information "JavaScript load error" appears. Why can't Trello open on a MacBook the same way as on mobile?
