Information is now missing from one of my cards

I was using a Trello card to track my time for a project. It was a simple list of dates and how much time I worked on each date. I went to edit this card just now, and when it went into edit mode, half the dates disappeared. I clicked "discard changes" but those dates are still gone. Is there any way to undo this and get this information back?
