Invite members to a second board

Hello,

We're unable to invite members to a second Trello board. These are people who are already members of our first board. When they click on the invite link, they are taken to Trello but can't see the new board. When we invite them by email, we get "unknown error occurred". 

We'd appreciate any input. Thanks!
