I have been trying to report a serious and debilitating (in terms of extra work and lost productivity) bug to Trello, but it seems that accessing bug reporting has been taken away from users of the free version of Trello. (In previous years I have been able to report bugs).
I thought I would post the bug here to find out if anyone else is experiencing this glitch. Has anyone else been able to report it or received a response?
The todo lists (checklists) in Trello have been acting really glitchy today. Every time i edit an existing item on a todo list, once i complete the edit and click "done," it boots me out of the list and my cursor ends up at the bottom of the list i was in the middle of editing. I have to scroll all the way up again to locate my place in the list, which can be extremely time consuming if i have over 100 items in the list and i am trying to edit 5 to 10 items at once that are in the middle of the list.
The end of the existing list was the most common location where i ended up after i got "booted out" of the list. Some of the time i got "booted out" of the card entirely and ended back at the board with the list of cards, or i got "booted out" of the board entirely and ended back at the list of boards.
This bug / glitch is debilitating / crippling in terms of impacting the ability to get work done quickly. Hopefully it gets resolved soon so that we can get back to editing our task lists in a quick and efficient way!!
