Ie. priority levels of high, medium, low
If these piorities are selected, then the due date is added based on that. For example, a high priority one might be due 4 days from the date the priority is added, a low priority may be due 14 days from the date the priority is added, etc.
Any ideas on this?

when the label "High priority" is added to a card set due in 4 days
Unless you're already a Butler user, you can use it until they have finished integrating it with Trello's core product following the acquisition. Trellinator would also allow you to do this:

This would allow you to define your number of days to offset in a separate list where the name of the card was the priority eg. "High priority" and the number of days to add to the current date was just a number in the description of the card.
