Is it possible to make automations on workspace basis instead of user basis?

We copy the same board every month and each of us have made different automations. Sometimes some of us aren't here, so if some forget to share, it could be a problem.

I have seen other people talk about making an automation user that people can use to create automations, but there has to be a smarter option than to pay for yet another license just to have automations gathered in one place

I use a the concept of a "Service Account" to do this.  Its 1 extra licence but it works.
