Is the Evernote power-up available in Trello Gold?

I wonder whether the Evernote power-up is available in Trello Gold? Trello Free does not support it.

Every Power-Up is available for you to use - even in the free version. We do only limit the number of Power-Ups that can be enabled on a board. As a free user you can enable one Power-Up per board, Trello Gold users up to 3 - Business Class users can activate Power-Ups without limitation.
