Is there a way to edit the full text of a rule without having to delete half the rule?

I don't believe there is any way to edit the rule full text anymore.  I just tried on several of mine to experiment and I could not.  You can manually change the text for customizable objects like list and/or label names in the edit screen without having to delete the entire trigger or action
