We have a public backlog on Trello and a private backlog in Github. I want to be able to automatically push into Github when a card is added to the backlog in Trello. So if a card is added, it is added as an issue in Github.
Is that possible? I know there is a Github powerup, but it just mentions getting data from Github into trello cards, not the other way around.
Thanks!
Hi Nick,
While this would be beyond the scope of the Power-Up, you could set up something like this using a third-party automation tool, such as Zapier or IFTTT.
It would also be possible to write a custom script for this using the Trello and GitHub APIs. Trello's API is fully documented here: https://developers.trello.com/
Thanks Caity, I will have a play.
Nick
