It will not allow me to remove members even after I have removed them from boards

I have two possible three members that i need to remove completely from being collaborators and even after I have removed them from the boards it will not allow me to remove them as collaborators.

As far as I can tell you can remove a member / guest from workspace. Go to "Members" (find right above "Workspace Settings") - select the member and you should find a "Remove" option.
