Jira Power up Authentication

Hello, I have seen identical issues from 2022 around Jira Power Up Authentication loops.  I am experiencing that same issue right now (Sep. 10, 2025).  I get through authentication and authorization the first time, then loops again through the same process, then hangs on Verifying.  It has been working for years before the recent Jira navigation change.

I have been through ALL the troubleshooting steps with no success, and I mean all of them so I will not list them.  Any thoughts here?
