I have had an email stating that I haven't logged into Trello for 2 years and that my account will be deactivated - but I use the Trello app every day!
How can I ensure that my account won't be deleted? I have logged in using my laptop instead of the app, but I don't know how to get confirmation that this has registered as a login.
If my Trello data is deleted that will be a bit of a disaster!
Also I cannot find anyway of contacting any support to get confirmation, just the community forum. Thank you so much if you can help!

Sometimes folks have more than one account and may not realize which one triggered the notification.
If you've received a notification from us and are unsure which account it pertains to, please check the "TO:" field in the email. This will show the email address linked to the account in question. Logging in with that email will ensure your account remains active.
We also suggest logging in with any other email addresses you might have used previously to check on any other accounts you may have.
Rest assured, any account you actively log into and use will not be affected.
