Locked out of Trello account due to legacy 2FA

Hi there! 

I am currently locked out of my Trello account due to a legacy 2FA. I am getting the below message:

Legacy Trello-only two factor authentication over SMS is no longer supported. Please enter a backup code or contact support to recover your account.

Could you please help me?

Hi @Leon Avery ,

I understand that you're having trouble logging into Trello because it's asking for a legacy Trello 2FA code and Here's what you can expect next:

• I've started the process to remove 2FA from your account. You should soon receive an email notifying you that the recovery process has begun.

• After a 24-hour (security delay), you'll receive a second email with a link to recover your account.

• The recovery link in the second email will expire in 12 hours. Please click the link and enter your password to disable two-step verification.
