Locked out of board, Main user

Hi,

I created a trello board for work and I am the main user, I recently got locked out and need to request access, my work email is the main user but I do not get any notification from trello to grant myself access to the board, I was able to use it last week so unsure what has changed in that time

Could you please share the URL of the board? I'd like to check the list of members and guests in order to review the system activity and see if something wrong happened that you lost access.
