Lost my Trello account and boards

I was logging into Trello, usually when I pull it up, it just opens up. This time, it didn't. I logged in and realized that I only had one board on there. I had another Trello account, the one that I was using and now I can't get into it. How do I get it back?

My guess it’s it is very likely you have an account with a different email address and your boards are there.
