Today I tried to log into my account repinmail@gmail.com at Trello app and saw a message:
“It looks like your account has been deactivated.
We've sent you an email with details of who to contact to get more information about this."
I have not received an email to recover my account. The application also did not have notifications about the upcoming shutdown.

I recommend creating a support ticket under https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?inquiry_category=account_management&reason=other_queries&support_type=customer
I am not sure if this account can be reactivated, but if it can, that kind of support case would be necessary to make it happen.
