Hi

This Question is about Member Visibility
When I create a card and
I assign members to the card,

Can any other member see another member?

And can a member contact another member?

and can a member see other members notes?

Hi Nick, welcome to the Atlassian community!

When you add a member to a card, they also become a board member (if they weren't already). Every board member can see every other board member and all board activity (including comments on cards). That means members can contact one another within Trello through comments on Trello cards.
