Hi there. We've seen on different boards that members has been deactivated around the beginning of July.

Why? Is there a time stamp for members (or guests?) which were not active for a long time? If so, how long is the time period in between they have to act?

How do I get them reactivated?

Thanks for a feedback.

Hi @Volker Knösche, Welcome to the community!

Can you give me the link to one example board so I can check this further and provide better insights?

Thank you!

Hi @Volker Knösche, Thank you for sharing the board link!

I checked our records and see four accounts are disabled, not at the Workspace level but at the Atlassian account level.

I’ve noticed that their Atlassian accounts are managed by their organisation and are currently blocked. This blockage prevents users from accessing any Atlassian tools, including Trello. Since these accounts are managed, one of your customers’ Organisation Admins will need to reactivate their Atlassian accounts.

So these users need to reach out to their Org admin to sort this issue out.

Thank you!
