Members section: what order are guests listed in?

In the members section, under guests, what is the ordering of members and observers there? Single or multi-board.

Can't seem to discern any criterium like last active, alphabetical...

Support bot says :

I couldn't find any information in the available Atlassian resources regarding the specific ordering of members and observers under the "guests" section in Trello. If you need details on how this list is sorted, the answer was not found in the documentation I have access to.

 Search on forum didn't yield any result either.

On boards, the members are ordered based on

1. Member level (Admin, Member, Observer)
2. Alphabetically based on user handle
   

This is also true of Workspace members.

Where this gets confusing is with single and multi-board guests, which appear to be random but are ordered in the same way above on one (or more) boards and that order is applied to the guest.  So, in theory, if you only had 1 board with 5 single-board guests on it, they would be listed based on the above criteria when you look in workspace members view.
