Hello everyone!
In one of my boards, there was a member who hadn’t used their phone for quite some time. When they started using the app again, one of the 4 boards they are a member of displayed the following message: Unable to open the board because it has not yet been synchronized. On the other 3 boards, everything works normally.
Right away, I went to the options and tapped the sync button at the bottom of the screen. It synced successfully, and all the most recent activities appeared, but when I went back to the board, the message remained.
Next, I closed and reopened the app, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even reset the phone to factory settings as a last resort. However, the board still doesn’t load.
I then asked the person to create a new account, added this new account on another phone, and even then, the same issue occurred with the new account.
When I opened the first account in a web browser, the board that was having issues in the app opened normally and loaded everything.
My board doesn’t have more than 10 members.
Please help me.

I would suggest having them clear the app cache and seeing if that fixes the issue.
