Moving Cards Failure

I can not get any cards to move without getting a Moving Cards Failure.  Reading other posts, I have clear history, cookies, cache.  I've tried multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).  Nothing has helped yet.   Does anyone have other ideas?

I just started my paid subscription and upset that basic functionality is not working.
