After the update on May 28th moving cards to Archive on top of the list is not worikin correctly on iOS. When you touch and hold the card in order to move it it moves itself and sometimes it is not possible to reach the archive on top. The problem appeared after the last update. There was so such behavior before. Please fix.
Hi James. I use iPhone 11 Pro Max under iOS 18.5. It mostly happens with the biggest list. But occasionally happens with other lists. What happens is when I hold the card the other cards scroll down without changing the order. Before it happened when you hold the card and move your finger the card follows the finger. And now the card scrolls down and when I move the finger it still follows the finger but stays far from it.
I would say the problem exists like 50% of the time. I open Trello, hold the card and it either moves like it should normally or the cards scroll down and the problem appears.
Hi @Leo - sorry to hear you're seeing this. We've made some changes under-the-hood to boards but haven't seen what you've described come up in our testing to this point.
I'd love to learn what specific iOS device you're using (ex: iPhone 16 Pro) and what version of iOS you're running (ex: v17.5). You can find this info in the phone's Settings -> General -> About section.
Also, you mention this only happens sometimes. Are there any reproducible steps you can share? For example, if this only occurs on a particular list (say with lots of cards), or if you follow a certain number of steps (like archiving a card while the keyboard is still open). This would help us dig in further. I really appreciate you bringing this up, and hope you have a great weekend.
