My Planner in Trello won't link to my google calendar, even though it says it is connected?

I have gone through the process to connect my Planner to my Google Calendar, but nothing shows up in my Planner.  I click the Connect button, choose Google, choose the email address I want to connect, then it tells me that Trello already has permission for 5 things, which includes my calendar.  I click continue and then it freezes on this page:

Mary is right that this feature is still in Beta, sorry for that snag. It sounds like something is stuck, could I suggest starting from a clean slate?

To do that:

1. Open your Trello board
2. Open the Planner panel and select Disconnect calendar if you see that option
3. If you don't see that option, and instead you only see Connect a calendar, then head over to Google settings and see if you have Trello listed in your 3rd party apps. You can find those listed here in your Google settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
4. Go back to Trello and exit then reenter the beta from the Beta menu
5. Open id.atlassian.com to confirm that you're connected to your Atlassian account as well
6. Then go back to your Trello board, open Planner, and select Connect a calendar

Note that if you see the option to disconnect your calendar in Trello, that option is preferable since it also removes the connection on the Google side.

Hopefully that will get things restarted!

I think it's best to reach the support team on behalf of the issue. This feature is in Beta.
