My board disappeared from Trello

Hi,

Could someone please assist me with this issue? I’ve lost access to my work board. I have the board link saved in my favorites, but when I click it now, I get a message saying I don’t have access and need to request it.

I submitted the access request to confirm I was logged into the correct account, and I did receive the request at the email associated with my login. However, when I click “Add to board” from the access email, it briefly shows a message that the board doesn’t exist, then immediately redirects me to a blank board.

This board contains all my notes and important information, and I need to regain access as soon as possible. Please reach out so I can provide any additional details needed to resolve this.
