Não consigo visualizar os arquivos dentro dos cartões, somente se baixar

Antes, era possível visualizar arquivos diretamente nos cartões do Trello, com uma pré-visualização rápida ao clicar no anexo. Porém, recentemente, isso deixou de funcionar — agora, os arquivos só podem ser acessados após o download. No meu uso diário, preciso abrir vários documentos, e esse novo comportamento está atrapalhando muito meu fluxo de trabalho. Alguém sabe como corrigir?

Hi @Recepção Clínica Evolue  ,Welcome to community !

As you mentioned, you are not able to preview the attachments on the card without downloading it. Can you tell me what the format of the file is, PDF or JPEG? I tested on my end, and I can open and preview both formats.

I will look out for your response.

Can you try accessing Trello from a different browser and check if the same issue persists? I can't replicate the issue on my end.

If the same problem occurs in a different browser, I will create a ticket and request a short video from your end.

Hi @Recepção Clínica Evolue ,

Can you confirm which browser, version, and device you are using? I have seen this issue occur when using a browser version that we no longer support.

Support was dropped for some end-of-life browser versions, including Safari 16, which reached end-of-life last year. We have also dropped support for Safari versions 17.3 and below.

No macOS High Sierra: Versão 10.13.6

Hi @Recepção Clínica Evolue 

The version of macOS that ships with v16 reached end of life last year. All actively supported versions of macOS should support v17, and version 10.13.6, which corresponds to macOS High Sierra, is an older version and this what mostly causing the issue .Can you try accessing your account from a different device? Do you encounter the same issue?
