Need Technical Support from Trello

Hi guys,

I contacted Trello Support using their links and filled out their form with my plead for help. 

I received an email confirmation soon after. The email has a link to their help center where I can see my request and comments.

 

The problem is, no living person at Trello is responding to it. 

It has been 24 hours with no response to anything.

I suspect my ticket will just sit there for days on end as this matter at hand increases in urgency by the day. 

Is there an email I can shoot over to get this ball rolling? A phone number would be even better.

If you don't use a free version of Trello they should respond within 1 business day according to this page: https://trello.com/pricing

We are paying for Trello Gold. I don't see that on the pricing list. 

What is the usual turnaround time for non-Premium?

I don't see anything about support for Trello Gold so it's probably best effor: https://trello.com/en/gold

But I have no experience with Trello Support to be honest.

The only thing I can say is Atlassian typically replies within 2 business days for other Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, ...)
