Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi everyone, I can't login to my account anymore, because it tells me that I have to change my password. Unfortunately the e-mail address I've been using for logging in, doesn't exist anymore. So I can't receive the "reset the password"-mail. Anyone any idea how I can solve the plroblem?

Hi @Mickey Finis - welcome to the Community. Unfortunately if you have to change your password, and no longer have access to the email the account is under, then this account will remain inaccessible to you. Your email is your primary authentication method and without it, we can't prove that you own the account.
